I'm ... 17.141596 at least. I think. Maybe more. In the wizarding world, I COULD CAST MAGIC MISSLE OUTSIDE OF HOGWARTS. Clearly I can be sued.

Except for the fact I am obviously an orange. Oranges can't be sued, as they are mandarin and therefore need to be sued in china.
